In this regard, PTA officials said that the administration has written several times to remove objectionable and inappropriate content but it has not been implemented. After which it has been decided to ban the app in Pakistan.  According to the PTA, the Tak Tak administration was given a deadline to submit a reply.  Tick ​​tock was banned for not resolving complaints.
 It should be noted that PTA had taken action after complaints of spreading immoral content on several mobile and social media apps.  The PTA had banned the popular mobile app Bego, while Tik Tok had issued a final warning.  ۔
 After reviewing these complaints, the Begum app was banned in the country under Pakistani law.  The last warning was issued to the mobile app Tik Tak.  The PTA statement further said that spreading immoral content through mobile and social media apps is having a negative impact on the society and the youth.  Social media companies should work in accordance with the law of Pakistan and Pakistan's moral values ​​should be taken care of.  However, the ban has now been lifted after Tik Tok failed to take satisfactory steps
